ABOUT CHRISTINA ROBERTS
Welcome! I’m Christina Roberts, an Italian citizen with a diverse and enriching journey across various fields and industries. My educational path began in Brazil, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. I furthered my education by obtaining a master’s degree in mathematics and a teaching qualification, reflecting my dedication to lifelong learning and my passion for sharing knowledge.
Twenty years ago, I moved to England, embracing new challenges and opportunities. I re-trained as an Accountant, which opened new doors for me. I had the privilege of serving as a Managing Director in the hospitality business, where I oversaw operations and drove growth. Later, I transitioned to the role of Finance Director in a manufacturing business, where I applied my strategic financial management skills.
In addition to my professional roles, I trained as a mentor and became part of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). I am also involved in the HMRC Help to Grow Program as a mentor, supporting businesses in their growth and development.
I founded Christina Roberts Business Improvement Services to leverage my extensive experience and diverse skill set. My goal is to help businesses enhance their operations, improve financial performance, and achieve sustainable growth.
My journey has been one of versatility, resilience, and a commitment to professional excellence. I hope to inspire others through my story and demonstrate the power of adaptability and lifelong learning.
